What Does it Mean Page Not Indexed URL is Unknown to Google?
This means the page or url is not fetched yet and url is new – Google doesn’t know about the url.

Request Indexing
You need to perform live url inspection and request indexing in google search console and if you see page is not indexed, the url is unknown to google then you need to click on Request Indexing and wait for google bot to discover url and crawl it for indexed.
